Gorgeous modern home and adjacent equestrian facilities

The KanDu Ranch, is located just outside of Ashland, Oregon. Jovick built a beautiful high-performance main house with several out buildings including a spacious barn for horses and cattle, an annex with an office and a work space, and a large pole barn for equipment storage. Our team also managed building the property’s roads and the installation of 10,000 linear feet of water pipe to irrigate a large hay pasture.

I had a dream last night about the timber frame we did for the horse barn at the KanDu Ranch. When I woke up I was sad. I wanted to go back! I was trying like hell to fall asleep again. It’s hard to not feel like a kid full of amusement in this space. That’s my feeling I chase. One of those - “Humans built this?!” Moments. Love those. #timberframe
